The rod has a sweet medium action and a great rod.

After building a lot of rods, this is the first time I could not decide what hardware I should use. So the new owner can decide which one he will take. The polished brushed brass or the blued brass. The insert is from Japanese Camphor burl. To get a nice result it needs at least 20 layers of tru oil. The Ritz grip is flor grade cork. This is all turned in house.

For guides I used one of the latest bronze Original Snake Brand guides and a bronze with brass Golden Witch stripping guides. All wrapped with Kimono silk in color minto and and some tipping in the Yamame color green.
